Some of the best NMD releases have come when adidas experiments with the design on the Primeknit. Released summer 2017, this NMD R2 sports an updated pattern created with a Shadow Knit technique that gives off the appearance that colors are shifting. This black and white colorway has an oreo-like look. The Three Stripes overlay, ankle collar, and heel tab appears in black. A vibrant red appears on the EVA midsole plug inserted on the medial side and a portion of the ankle. Full-length Boost cushioning is responsive in how it returns all of the energy you give. A black outsole completes the slick shoe.
