Payment Information
The complete order total is shown in EUR before you leave checkout to enter payment details on the secure hosted payment page.
Currency and total
All product prices, discounts, gift-card values, delivery charges and the final total are displayed in EUR (€). Checkout recalculates the bag from current server-side prices before creating a payment.
How payment works
After you select “Pay Now”, a payment attempt is created for the displayed total. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s encrypted hosted page; this storefront does not store full card numbers or security codes. The payment page shows the specific methods available for the order. We do not advertise PayPal, Klarna or any card brand unless it is actually offered there.
Confirmation and failed payments
An order is complete only after the provider confirms payment. Closing the provider page, a timeout or a declined payment does not create a paid order. The bag remains available so you can retry. Do not submit repeatedly if your bank shows a pending charge; use the contact form with the payment time and order reference.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing and eligibility are described in the Return & Refund Policy.
