We collect information you provide, including name, email, delivery address, phone, account credentials, order items, support messages and return requests. Payment-card details are entered on the hosted payment provider page and are not stored by this storefront.

We also receive limited technical information such as session identifiers, page and product interactions, referring page, device/browser details, approximate country, error events and checkout status. We do not request precise location.

Information is used to provide the store, price and deliver orders, create accounts and rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support and return requests, diagnose errors, understand the sales funnel, comply with legal duties and defend legitimate claims. Marketing messages are sent only when you make the relevant optional choice.

Essential cookies and browser storage keep the bag, account, checkout, country preference and security features working. They are used without optional tracking because the store cannot provide those requested functions without them.

Analytics and advertising storage is optional. It is disabled until you select “Accept all” in the cookie banner. Selecting “Reject optional” keeps those categories disabled and removes their browser identifiers where technically possible. Your choice is remembered for up to six months.

Account data is kept while the account is active; support, return and analytics records are removed or anonymised when no longer operationally or legally needed. Depending on your location, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw marketing consent. Use the contact form and select “Account or privacy request”. We may need to verify the request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

The store is not directed to children who cannot lawfully enter a purchase contract. We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change; the current date is shown above.
