The Pharrell x adidas Hu NMD “Bold Gold” is a November 2020 release of Pharrell Williams’ popular shoe in an all-yellow-everything colorway. The “Bold Gold” is indeed as exuberant as its nickname implies. The entire upper wears an attention grabbing yellow Primeknit material that is both lightweight and breathable. Tonal Hindi text embroidered on the top of both shoes translates to “Human Race.” Additional design elements include striped yellow rope laces that are held in place by a tonal supportive TPU caging system that is anchored by midsole inserts. Dual adidas and Pharrell branding can be found on the heel of the left and right shoe, respectively.
