The adidas LXCON "Core Black" creates a classic mid-'90s runner aesthetic with contemporary features. The innovative silhouette is mostly black, done on a ventilated mesh upper that’s supported by an EVA midsole and Adiprene heel cushioning. Stripes double as eyestays, while translucent piping also forms its eyestays and heel’s pull tab. Minimal branding is added down the tongue of the all-black pair. The adidas LXCON was spotted on the feet of Jonah Hill long before the launch, causing speculation of a partnership with the German brand and actor.
