While nicknamed the “Brooklyn Nets,” the shoe’s details and branding are indeed inspired by the team’s time in New Jersey. As the New Jersey Nets, the Eastern Conference basketball team featured navy blue and white as its primary uniform colors, and the two colors appear on its various overlays. The New Jersey Nets’ old school logo is found on the heel. Unique branding celebrating the NBA’s 75-year anniversary appears on the tongue and red “Nike” detailing is embroidered on the heel.
