The Nike Air Presto “Australia” is an original colorway of the retro performance runner that was gifted to friends and family members of athletes at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. The August 2020 version marks the first time that this extremely desirable Air Presto has ever received an official retail release by Nike. The design features an “Australian Green” material upper with embroidered yellow stars on the toe, a reference to Australia's flag. The blue “AUS” patch that appears on the tongue displays the same yellow stars motif, as well. Elsewhere, a semi-translucent TPU overlay reinforces the lacing system. “AUS” detailing is printed onto the heel true to the original styling of the shoe. A yellow Swoosh can be found on the white rubber midsole and a black and yellow outsole completes the look. Release date: August 24, 2020.
