The Nike Air More Uptempo GS “Split” is a grade-school version of the performance basketball sneaker that's mostly known for its outrageous branding. Inspired by graffiti art, the "AIR" letter appliques on the lateral side are vibrant red with black trim. The red extends beyond the lettering to coat portions of the midsole. The same design is found on the medial side, but with navy blue letters and a white trim. The two colors eventually meet at the heel, where a clear Nike logo and Scottie Pippen logo branding appears. Grey pull loops on the tongue and heel round out the design.
