The Nike Air Force 1 Low “La Familia” is a special colorway of the lifestyle shoe that was included in a collection inspired by Hispanic Heritage Month. In addition to honoring Hispanic Heritage Month, the “La Familia” Air Force 1 also celebrates the retro basketball shoe’s 40th anniversary. As far as its design, the “La Familia” features a brick red mesh base with tonal nubuck overlays. A yellow chenille Swoosh appears on the lateral side of the shoe while a green chenille Swoosh is located on the medial side. Mismatched tongue tags read “Nike Air” on the right shoe and “We Are Familia” on the left shoe. A red rubber sole with “Air” branding on the lateral side of the heel completes the look.
