The Nike Air Fear of God Raid “Black/Grey F&F” is the “Friends & Family” version of the collaborative shoe based on Nike’s outdoors performance hoops design. The Air Fear of God Raid in this “Black/Grey” colorway was initially given to close family and friends of the Los Angeles based high fashion and streetwear brand founded by Jerry Lorenzo. The colorway then received a limited retail release during the summer of 2020. Replicating the Air Raid’s original black and grey colorway, the Fear of God Raid features midfoot cross-straps in grey nylon on the midfoot and collar. Underneath, Nike and Lorenzo utilize black suede to give the Air Raid a new luxurious finish. A clear lace lock assists in tightening and loosening the laces and a tonal Swoosh appears on either side. Finishing details include a grey toe in the same soft suede material as the rest of the body, a white midsole, and a visible Zoom Air unit in the heel.
