The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R “White/Grey” is a collaboration between Teddy Santis’s popular lifestyle brand and New Balance on the retro high-top shoe. The Aimé Leon Dore co-designed New Balance 650R is essentially a high-top version of the New Balance 550 silhouette that the clothing brand helped unearth back in 2020. The 650R features many of the same vintage-inspired details as the 550, including a cream midsole that mimics the look of a sole that’s undergone the process of oxidation. Here, on the “White/Grey” 650R, white leather appears on the shoe’s upper. A contrasting grey “N” logo is located on the sides. Dual “Aimé Leon Dore” and “NB” branding is found on the back of the left and right shoe, respectively. A grey leather overlay with “New Balance” branding is located on the collar.
