The New Balance 650 “Interstellar Purple” is another classic-looking colorway of the retro basketball shoe. Essentially a high-top version of the New Balance 550, the 650 features a timeless design that looks better with age and wear. The “Interstellar Purple” has a white leather upper with dotted white leather overlay panels on the tongue and above the midsole on the sides. An Interstellar Purple “N” logo appears on either side of the shoe. The purple hue is also seen on the “650” branding on the forefoot, on the “NB” logo on the heel, and on the “New Balance 650” graphic on the tongue. More purple accenting is found on the neoprene collar. A white rubber midsole and a grey-and-purple rubber outsole complete the look. Release date: March 25, 2023
