The New Balance 550 “Olive Suede” is a mostly monochromatic green colorway of the retro basketball shoe highlighted by a hairy suede construction. The 550 was first released back in the 1980s and was later brought back in collaboration with Aimé Leon Dore in 2020. Here, the premium colorway features an olive green mesh construction with tonal hairy suede overlays. Green “N” branding can be seen on either side of the shoe and “550” detailing is found on the forefoot. “NB” branding appears on the heel while New Balance 550 insignia appears on the tongue tag. Underfoot, a white midsole and cream rubber outsole round out the look. Release date: September 29, 2023
